Terrain and Scenery - TTCombat Buildings - Complete!

Hello one and all - a few weeks away - sorry all!

This weeks offerings is several completed buildings, these are from ttcombat, these are mdf buildings which I've painted in a way to reflected a war torn city. Some of these are designed to be damaged, however I wanted to enforce this with the scheme.

All of the models were sprayed with a base of textured spray, this was to add more depth to the flatness of the mdf. This was then based with grey, and then had several different sprays, browns, blacks, dark grey and black to them. I have also added colour to the interior of the 'complete' buildings, utilising a red base, and then apply browns and greys to show the damage to them.

GW store? This building appears to have been a hive store for the local population - it now is the burial gound for them, and many more!

Hive Block Beta - a small housing black for the local population - now ruins to hide from gun fire..

Administration Building - this was once a pound sight for the Hive city - the governer would speak to the people from the pulpit to encourage them to the imperial way..

Imperial buildings - housing the Imperial force for the planet. I've added LED candles in to add to the feel of the building.

Skyscraper - this was once a glorious sight for the populatiuon, housing the imperial might, and goverance. Now, the building is wrecked, however this is extremely useful for a well placed sniper..

Destroyed Imperial building... its only use is blocking line of sight..

Medical facility This once housed all the injured, now this is a fire base to 'bring the pain!'

The same scheme was applied to the ground scatter Terrain.

Forge World Warlord Titan - Arioch Titan Power Fist w/ Vulcan Mega Bolter Array

Welcome Titan fans, another update to my recently completed re-paint of the Warlord 10, "Ex-Noctia". I had included in the purchase two Arioch Titan Power Fists, in Atarus colours, which I have now repainted one. Behold the completed Rites of Colour on this mighty Astorum Arioch Fist!
I have altered how these were fitted to the Warlord, hence the filled in brass rod securing arrangements and I have drilled my usual rod magnets into the round attachment point, using a 20mm long, 8mm diameter rod magnet gives ample pull even with the gravity trying to twist the fist into a vertical line, the magnet pull prevents any movement and the fist remains at the 20 degree upright position I drilled. (Note the nod to the former reds of Atarus preserved on one panel)
On the top of the fist is a Vulcan Mega Bolter Array, in game (AT28mm) this just provides an extra pip of strength and chews through armour at the combat phase, with no ranged advantage or shots, however at TitanOwnersClubUK Walks we are discussing if this gives a VMB weapon at range - due to the large amount of Engines at a Walk, the fist Warlords spend two turns getting into combat doing nothing but taking hits/damage and unless we have gentleman agreements to let the opposing fist Engines close together to fight they are just shot off the board - a ranged VMB will allow in-game usefulness and participation as they close their enemies.
Here it is on Ex-Noctia Warlord (10)

Relictors Space Marines - Brutalis Dreadnought

Hello Readers thanks for dropping by. Today's addition to the Relictors Battle Companies and their Primaris type reinforcements is a Brutalis Dreadnought, a close combat variety of the Redemptor Dreadnought chassis. This was in the Strike Force Agastus box set.
This has twin chest-mounted Multi-Meltas for anti-tank, twin Icarus Ironhail Heavy Stubbers up top for anti-infantry or Aircraft (+1 to Hit) and the main arms are Brutalis Talons, like Lightning Claws as you re-roll to wound when Striking, or Sweep doubles the Attacks (well in 9th - I haven't check out the changes in 10th)
To mirror the Imperial Knights reactors, I coloured the housing as brass. The Talons I picked out in my usual Power Weapon blues, Kantor Blue washed Nuln. When dry, drybrush Kantor Blue, Sotek Green and Temple Guard Blue towards the tips.
I've used the new Relictor's decals so will probably have to revisit the Redemptor Dreadnought to match and re-do those decals too! The knee has an Assault designation arrow icon, as this beast is for approaching and assaulting the enemy up close.

Could this be Vulkan?? Deathwatch Captain / Inquisitor Lord Conversion

 Hello One and All,

I shared a WIP pic of this model a while ago, now complete and ready to share.

The fluff behind 'Vulkan'

The Deathwatch Captain walked across the battlefield, seeing that the Deathwatch had elimatated the threat. He spotted movement by the river of lava. He walked over, bolter ready, to his surprise he found a small infant, inside the skull of a beast. The Watch Captain felt an aura around the Child, skin coal black, eyes a burning red - he wanted to kneel before this child, but had no idea why. He picked the child up and took him to the waiting Thunderhawk, looking at the child again, he spotted a huge scar across his skull, which looked both old, but also unhealed... 'Who are you...?' he thought...

The moment I saw the AoS Lord Commander Bastian Caththalos, I knew I wanted to use it for my Deathwatch force (as well as another project..) Looking at the face I thought he looked similar to an older Vulkan of the Salamanders. I really liked the idea that Vulkan had been rebourne - with him being a perpetual, after the battle with the Beast, however during the battle Vulkan had been injured in such a way that prevented his memories returning, and him growing into his full potential until all the Salamander relics are located by Vulkan He'stan. Thus, Vulkan became part of the  Deathwatch with no knowledege of who he really is.

The model has had a number of additons and alterations.

The left arm has had the addition of an  underslung Inferno Pistol to it. I used a melta spare from the centurions kit. I also added some pipes and cables made from Green Stuff.

I've weapon swaped the previous 'warhammer' with a Heavy Deathwatch one, firstly Vulkan needs a larger Hammer, but also that the hammer size does not look overly big for the model.
The rear of the model has had a firstborne marine backpack added, whcih has been converted to sit nicely to the back of the model. The model has also had the 'halo' of the Bastian model added.

The front of the model has had a new of marine detals added to make him more 'Marine' and less 'AoS'

Game terms, I would look to use the Guilliman rules for him, or potential look to house rules him. The other option could be to call him an Inquisitor Lord working with the Deathwatch.
