Relictors Space Marine Chapter - Castraferrum Dreadnought #6

Hello Readers, thanks for dropping by. I am scheduling these posts again as I return overseas. This is the sixth of many Dreadnought reinforcements I bought from Goddenzilla at Kaiju Country blog. A longer-range Assault Cannon and Missile Launcher variety, this one attached to my 5th Company.
This started life out as a Rifleman Dread using the Aegis Defence Line autocannon mounts as arms, but as I already have two Rifleman Dreadnoughts and I use the barrels onto existing arms, it didn't match or was required (when is this number of Dreadnoughts ever required!?) So I changed out the arms for a fire-support version.
Here it was from Goddenzilla's Blog in the Rifleman guise.
Thanks for dropping by, I hope you are enjoying the old-school OOP Castraferrum Dreadnoughts in all their boxy glory!

Legio Crucius Warhounds update

 Hello one and all,

Really quick update. I had been working on my 2 Warhounds for use at the Beachhead titan walk, There are a couple of parts to finish, and then to wire up the LED lights in the head, I will then add bespoke Decals for the legio, and for the titan - name etc.

These titans are all armed with various weapons that I have 3D printed, including the Ursus Claw - it was used at Beachhead and is very fun to use! There is also a Melta, Volkite and a Conversion Beamer!

Terrain and Scenery - Wrecked Dreadnought

Hi Readers, thanks for dropping by. A small but characterful addition to the hobby today. A wrecked Dreadnought based on the Castraferrum Pattern Dreadnoughts now OOP. This was a third party 3D printed PLA mould. You can see the print lines but most are now covered under a layer of sand and gravel.
The Dreadnought is armed with a Plasma Cannon, so when deciding on a Chapter I took DeathWatch in homage to Lord TITANium Halfpenny's forces, and chose Dark Angels for the masterful Plasma use.
The DeathWatch silver arm shows the print lines but as a terrain piece I don't mind, I added a quick =I= to denote DeathWatch.
I enjoyed this little scatter terrain piece, a nice addition to the battlefields.

Adeptus Mechanicus - Secutarii Peltasts - Squad #4

Hello Readers, thanks for dropping by. The fourth of my Commissioned Adeptus Mechanicus Secutarii Peltast Squads.
The Alpha with yellow and gold pauldrons and Galvanic Caster at the ready and on the charge is pictured in the centre. I added gold to the central pauldron to make it more noticeable.
Secutarii Peltasts use their flexible galvanic casters to engage all manner of enemies. This electro-galvanically driven, multi-function projectile launcher has a variety of firing modes, each suited to a different target.

I am enjoying adding these to my Adeptus Mechanicus Army, its growing quite large with troops now... and God Engines!

Cheers, Siph.

Legio Astorum - Reaver Titan Gatling Blasters

Welcome Titan-seers, thanks for dropping by, here is Reaver Titan 'Aquila Occulus' re-armed with a couple of additional weapons I purchased, two Gatling Blasters for multi-barrel boom!
The Gatling Blasters are mid-range multiple barrel, mid strength guns compared to Volcano Cannons but if you like rolling dice and the idea of overwhelming your enemies voids or crippling with multiple explosions - then Gatling Blasters are for you! They are even fun and not OP in 40K games.
I bought these second-hand, but re-painted the blues to match my own titan Kantor Blue and washed the golds and added some washes to the metals and weathering to the muzzles. And added some details on the rear with the decal and cog motif. The main change I had from the original scheme was repainting the ammo magazine with Decayed Metal and washed with my custom green wash and highlight Balthazar Gold. I also added magnets so they are perfectly interchangeable between all my Battle Titans!
Here is Aquila Occulus, armed with carapace Vulcan Mega Bolter for shield stripping and Gatling Blasters for stripping any remaining shields and then damaging mid-tier Scout or Battle-line enemy Engines! I love the idea of Dakka Titans! My forthcoming Warlord will be a DakkaLord with two of these as carapace mounts.

Building - Done!

 Hello one and all!

Sorry for the delay - its been a crazy few weeks, with big plans.. more next week..

This weeks offerings is a TTCombat building, completed in the same style as the other buildings, with textured paint, followed by greys and browns. The model was built in such a way that you can access models inside if you were allowing this in game. This also allows for LED flame candles to be added for extra details.

With a Daemon Prince to show scale - this is a decent LOS blocker for sure!
