Adeptus Titanicus - Legio Mortis - Reaver Titan Corsair Maniple

Hello tiny-titan fans, thanks for dropping by. The latest addition to the Adeptus Titanicus Legio Mortis is a trio of Reaver Titans, enough to make a Corsair Maniple. These are the 3rd-5th Reavers for my force. I think Reavers are my favourite class of titan so these were a pleasure to paint.
I did some lovely flame patterns on the leg armour of this striding titan
This Reaver is astride the ruins of a Legio Astorum Warhound... oops (don't let my BIG titans see!)
This one stands atop the head of a fallen Legio Gryphonicus Warhound. The arms are interchangeable at the shoulder to swap between close combat weapons and ranged weapons.
I also added a FW resin exotic weapon, a Conversion Beamer Dissolutor, I have a few FW resin options once I get the main bulk of the Maniple painted up.
I painted a few weapon options for these, and all ranged weapons are interchangeable using magnets in the arms and carapace. Pictured is the whole AT Legio Mortis Engines I have painted so far. I have Warlords and Warhounds out of the to-do pile and on the desk.

Mechanicum - Ursarax Tech Thralls #3

Hi all, thanks for dropping by. Again this week I have more Mechanicum goodness, another six Ursarax Thralls to add to my existing six I have already to I painted these to match.
The Ursarax are heavy, rapid-moving close combat killing machines. Like the Thallax, Ursarax are thralls rather than servitors – selected from suitable human candidates for conversion. Their living components retain a consciousness and dim recollection of their former humanity, providing them with superior tactical abilities and the instinct to kill.
These are FW resin versions and the previous owner had shaved the heads smooth on the front facing so I had to paint back on the visor.
And here are all the Ursarax to date, leaping death robots!

Mechanicum - Magos Dominus

Hello All, thanks for dropping by. My growing Mechanicum Taghmata have a new HQ choice, a Magos Dominus from Forge World, now OOP, but can be a Techpriest, Magos or ArchMagos.
It is armed with a Rad Cleanser heavy weapon and a huge heavy Servo-Arm and his fragile body is carried upon an Abeyant
I chose to keep the cloth blue to match the Myrmidons I already have, but the carapace/head cowling thing was painted in Mars colours to show it's allegiance to Mars, under which it stows many Servo Skulls.
I love this Geiger-esque silhouette, reminds me of Aliens Xenomorphs.

Legio Astorum - Reaver Titan Carapace Plasma Blastgun

Welcome Titanseers, thanks for dropping by. Since the release of the Reaver Titan by Forge World back in 2006-2007 they have fundamentally failed to produce any more carapace options than the Apocalypse Missile Launcher even though the AT version has several... anyways, I made one using a Plasma Blastgun from a Warhound Titan.
The mount is from a 3D printed Turbo Laser carapace option
The barrel section was cut down from a Warhound Titan Plasma Blastgun I picked up on eBay for half price, nice.
The Plasma Canisters were from a 3D print as was the main body section and armour plates, the rear from a Drop Pod and Kataphron Breacher and an Armorcast Baneblade hatch.
I love the fatness profile of the gun when compared to the Turbolaser. It suits the wide-bodied Plasma barrels.
Up-gunned Reaver 'Honorum'
Here you can see the parts used or printed
A Necron cable from a Night Scythe links the main body section where a sensor should be, to the incorporated sensor atop the PBG barrels.
The drop pod central column made a perfect rear of the weapon, alongwith a Ad Mech piece and Armorcast Baneblade hatch.
A Rhino Radar covers the join nicely.
Shorter wider profile suits the PBG. These are magnetised so swappable between the two weapons.

Terrain and Scenery - Wrecked Warhound Titan #3

Hello All, thanks for dropping by. Following on from Monday's other wrecked titan terrain, the other half! This is a wrecked Warhound titan to be used as terrain. It is also 3D printed much to my chargrin as I like to support Forge World when buying actual titans, but £457 is way too much to spend for a piece of terrain, even for mad ol' me with my many many FW official Titans!
Like before, I took inspiration from a mate's own titan, this above is John's Legio Ignatum Warhound "Omnissiah's Fang" so I have recreated in it's image.
The 3D print has several scars from battles, unfortunately it's legs have been taken from beneath them. The smoke marker is also 3D printed.
The quality compared to a FW resin one is very poor with wrong scale and print lines, however as terrain it is perfectly adequate.

The scale of this print bought on eBay is nowhere near to scale, noticeable on the weapons but less so on the main bulk of the torso, however as terrain it's not really noticeable and doesn't detract.
And for ease of storage and transport to events where this will be used as scatter terrain, the smoke marker is magnetised.
